When ordering please include the following:

1. Title, size and net price of each piece. If you require a painting done to a custom size or color, please call for a quote. Remember to include specific instructions and swatches for color matching if color is critical.
   
   
2. ID number of each frame required. Paintings can be ordered with the frames shown, with any other frame in the collection, unframed or “gallery wrapped” (wrapped around a deep stretcher bar and painted black on the edges so no frame is required). Paintings cannot be shipped rolled.
   
   
3. Your P.O. number.
   
   
4. The “Ship To” address and any shipping preference, sidemark instructions, etc.
   
   
5. 50% Deposit check, credit references and “bill to” address. Balance will be C.O.D. unless special arrangements are made.
   
   
6. Paintings that are in inventory can be shipped within one week unframed, and within two weeks if framing is required. Pieces not in inventory and custom paintings created to your size, color or subject matter requirements can be shipped, framed or unframed, within eight weeks.
